Free trial & billing

Try GBOS properly before you commit

Start with a 14-day free trial. If you choose to continue, your subscription begins with an initial 3-month minimum term, giving your business time to set up GBOS and experience its value. After that, it runs monthly with 30 days’ notice.

    At the end of the trial you decide: continue, compare, change plan, talk to us, or end the trial. Nothing happens automatically.

    Payment confirmed

    Paid billing begins only once you explicitly choose to continue onto a paid plan.

    3-month minimum term

    Time to onboard properly, configure GBOS, train your team, and use it in real operations.

    Monthly rolling

    After the initial term your subscription runs monthly, cancellable with 30 days’ notice.

Cancelling in the first 3 months

You can give notice at any point during the initial minimum term. We record the request immediately, show your final service date, and keep your access running until the end of the committed period — with no additional notice period added on top.

After the first 3 months

Your subscription becomes monthly rolling and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. We do not roll you into another long fixed-term contract.

A worked example

  • Paid subscription starts: 1 January
  • Initial minimum ends: 31 March
  • You cancel: 10 February
  • Access continues until: 31 March

If a trial ends without continuation, we do not begin billing. Your workspace moves to an expired-trial state and your data is preserved according to GBOS retention rules, with the option to reactivate.

One subscription = one business

This is a fundamental GBOS commercial rule. Each separately operating business needs its own active GBOS subscription. We do not bundle multiple businesses into a single plan unless a specific Enterprise agreement states otherwise.

One login. Multiple GBOS businesses. Authorised users can access their different GBOS businesses from one account, while each business keeps its own secure workspace and subscription. This is access — not free bundling.

External professionals

Invite your accountant at no additional user cost

Approved external professionals can be invited into a business without consuming a normal paid employee seat. It is not free unrestricted access — it is controlled access to only the areas they need.

Optional services & usage

Only pay extra when there’s a real extra cost

Most GBOS capabilities are included in your subscription. Additional charges apply only for things such as extra team members, external provider services, unusually high usage, or bespoke work.

Communications

Telephony and SMS carry real carrier costs, so calls, numbers, and messages are billed at provider rates — shown before you switch anything on.

Financial services

Payments, banking, cards, and FX run through regulated partners. Their transaction fees are passed through transparently, never disguised as GBOS subscription.

People & verification

Native signing is included. External qualified signing and specialist KYC/KYB checks are charged only where a provider bills per check.

Capacity & usage

Normal storage, intelligence, automation, and API use are included. Only genuinely exceptional usage is discussed as agreed capacity — with notice first.

Professional services

Custom integrations, complex migrations, and bespoke consultancy are real human work. These are quoted on application — you approve before anything starts.

Jobs & enterprise

Looking for work is always free. Premium employer promotion, dedicated infrastructure, and contractual SLAs are priced on application.

Young Entrepreneur pricing is a governed commercial and incubation programme, normally protected for at least the first 3paid months. It is not “£99 forever” and is not a simple coupon — the business may later move toward standard GBOS pricing as it matures, with temporary support pricing where a business is genuinely struggling.

Your GBOS subscription covers the GBOS platform. Some provider-backed services may carry separate charges from their providers, and we do not claim every third-party cost is included. Where applicable, these are clearly identified.
